About HCGS
Hill Country Gun Shack started in October of 2008 when the owner, Steve Schilling, obtained his Federal Firearms License. We are located in Colesburg, Iowa.
Since then HCGS has been operating on the basis of ordering/selling firearms and optics for customers. Trade and consignment of firearms are welcome as well as firearm transfers.
Steve provides a range of gunsmithing which includes scope mounting, boresighting, gun cleaning and gun repair.
Services
Hill Country Gun Shack is your One-Stop-Shop for all firearm sales. We carry both new and used models.
We also provide firearm consignments, trades, and transfers. We will also take care of all paperwork regarding trades and transfers.
In addition, we offer optic sales, ammunition sales, scope mounting and boresighting, gun cleaning, and gunsmithing.
Hill Country Gun Shack is proud to supply firearms to Organizations like Lock 10 Ducks Unlimited, Combat Veterans 39-3 APR Benefit Ride/Cruise, Midnight Riders Benefit Cruise, 400 Block Squirrel Tournament, and the Iowa Whitetail Deer Association.
